This 2 bed/2 bath condo is centrally located in the beautiful park like setting of the Villa de los Pinos. This very well maintained complex consists of only 48 units and is located within close proximity to all that Mammoth has to offer; free town shuttle, fishing, golfing, walking/bike trails, shopping, dining, entertainment and so much more. This is a two-level townhouse style condo with no units above or below you and plenty of windows. The bedrooms are located on the lower level with each offering access to the beautiful common area tree-lined courtyard offering tennis courts, beach/sand volleyball court, horseshoe pit, swimming pool, spa and large grassy area. Upstairs is the vaulted ceiling living room, dining and kitchen and access to a large open deck. There is a full bath on each level and washer/dryer on the upper level. Park right in front of the condo and access your own private exterior storage area (perfect for skis or golf clubs). If you don’t want to drive, there is a free winter shuttle service that stops next to the complex – the red line travels to The Village at Mammoth and Mammoth Mountain Main Lodge. Also an easy walk to shops and restaurants as Old Mammoth Road is close by.
