But after seeing her extremely professional marketing approach, we took a chance. She was right on the price, as we sold the house in less than two weeks for far more than the other three agent’s suggested listing price. In our opinion, Sonja’s write-up and twilight photos of the house made a huge difference. Better yet, Sonja was with us throughout the entire process with great suggestions, sub-contractors and handymen to help us get the house ready to market. We cannot recommend Sonja Bush any higher. If there was a six or seven star rating, she would have exceeded that too."
