"My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Joseph to purchase our condo in Mammoth Lakes, and we couldn't recommend him more. One thing that stood out immediately was how well Joseph listens. From our very first phone call, he truly understood exactly what we were looking for. Throughout our search, there wasn't a single MLS listing he sent that made us wonder, "Why this one?" In fact, many of the properties he specifically recommended had already caught my eye. That level of accuracy doesn't happen by accident—it comes from genuinely listening to your clients (and maybe a little talent, too!). Joseph is also incredibly efficient. On our first trip to Mammoth, we had less than a full Sunday available to tour properties. Before the trip, I sent him a ridiculously long list of homes we wanted to see, and then—because apparently I like making things difficult—I added even more at the last minute. (For the record, I do **not** recommend doing this to your realtor!) Somehow, Joseph coordinated everything and made it all happen. We were able to see every property we hoped to, and I'm still impressed by how smoothly he pulled it off. Beyond being knowledgeable about real estate, Joseph is resourceful, well-connected, and genuinely invested in the Mammoth community. You can see it in the way he talks about the town, supports local businesses, and shares what's happening in the community. I truly believe that a realtor who cares about the past, present, and future of a place helps clients in ways that go far beyond simply buying or selling a property. That was certainly our experience with Joseph. Throughout the entire process, he was responsive, patient, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. As buyers, we had plenty of questions, and he always took the time to explain everything clearly. During inspections and negotiations, he gave honest advice and advocated for us while keeping the process smooth and professional. To make things even more memorable, our dog experienced a serious medical emergency right around closing. Joseph was incredibly understanding and flexible during that stressful time, even holding onto our keys until we were finally able to make the trip to Mammoth. That kindness meant a great deal to us. Buying a home can be stressful, but Joseph made the entire experience enjoyable and far less overwhelming. We absolutely love our condo and are grateful to have had him guiding us every step of the way.
