Nationwide houses are selling fast! The median days on market for condos dropped significantly in Mammoth Lakes in 2013 to 105 days (down from 125 in 2012). So far in 2014, the downward trend continues to only 85 days through April. Keep in mind, days on market is calculated starting with the listing date to the date escrow closes and most escrows are 30 days. This means condos are selling in approximately two weeks.
