recent survey from LendingHome asked American couples about what they disagreed on while looking for a home—and a few key disagreements emerged, including:

  • The price of the home (53 percent)
  • The home’s location (29 percent)
  • Purchasing a new home vs. purchasing a fixer-upper (29 percent)
  • The size and/or style of the home (18 percent)
