Submitted by developer Mark Rafeh of Crestwood Mammoth LLC — the same group behind Obsidian Phase 2, The Reserve, and Rockspring — this project was purchased in 2025 and the entitlement application was submitted on June 6, 2025. The site is located at 5699 and 5781 Minaret Road, placing it squarely in one of Mammoth's most desirable and walkable neighborhoods.
The project proposes 26 duplex buildings with four-bedroom units at approximately 2,800 square feet each (plus a 623 sq ft two-car garage), 4 triplex buildings with four-bedroom units at approximately 2,244 square feet each (plus a 541 sq ft two-car garage), and 3 single-family homes.
Amenities including a gym, sauna, steam room, and lounge. Pricing has not been released.
