She is hard working, responsive, and has a thorough knowledge of the local market. Throughout the home buying process, she promptly responded to all of my questions and concerning. No email or text was too early or too late. And lucky for me, when my first offer was attached to a seller contingency, she had the foresight to ensure that the appraisal and inspection didn't occur until after the contingency was lifted. Had she not done so, I would have been out a few thousand dollars in escrow when the deal collapsed.
