She delivers high-quality service, she is always responsive, she has in-depth knowledge of the Mammoth real estate market, and also draws from her own experience living in Mammoth. We had a list of places we wanted to see, and Sonja considered the factors we were looking for, and suggested a few more places. We ended up going with a place that she suggested! Furthermore, during the whole escrow process, Sonja provided advice that ended up with better results for us than we had anticipated. Even now, after we have closed, Sonja is still helping us out.
