Rockspring Resort in Mammoth Lakes will be the newest development after the Limelight. It’s located at 6060 Minaret Road, Mammoth Lakes, on the corner of Main Street and Minaret Road, across from Mammoth Brewing and where Nevado’s Restaurant used to be. This area is located in the Village at Mammoth and is zoned to the North Village Specific Plan Area. As of 2026, it’s under construction and planned to be a 5-story, 118-unit resort condominium with a total of 198 bedrooms, a Nordic spa, guest-oriented amenities, understructure parking, and restaurant space. This developer also built The Reserve and The Villas at Obsidian. Rockspring Resort will be his first of this type of construction, stacked condominiums with commercial and parking underneath. Whereas his first developments in Mammoth were duplex townhome-style condominiums and single-family homes. He purchased additional commercial vacant land and plans to build more communities in Mammoth Lakes. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on those!
