Reserve at Obsidian

The Reserve in Mammoth Lakes is located at 2610 Meridian Boulevard and 100 Callahan Way. You can enter the property from both Main Street and Meridian Boulevard. However, it’s one of the few gated communities in Mammoth Lakes. 

The Reserve consists of three single-family homes and 15 duplex buildings, totaling of 33 units. The duplexes are townhome-style condos that have more contemporary finishes than the developer’s first project in Mammoth, the Villas at Obsidian, which are just up the street from The Reserve on Obsidian Place. The units are three levels and have four bedrooms. 

The Reserve, The Villas at Obsidian, and the Obsidian Homes all use the same amenities. A different developer built the Obsidian Homes which used be called Talus. The Reserve broke ground in 2022 and was finished in 2026.
