Looking for a ski in/ski out condo with magnificent views? Sunstone #315 is move-in ready - updated flooring, appliances, countertops and paint! Just step outside in the winter and ski down to Little Eagle Lodge / Chair 15! In the summer, the Town of Mammoth Lakes paved trail can be accessed right outside the complex for a walk, run or bike ride. When done with the day's activities, return to your top floor one-bedroom condo and enjoy sweeping views from the living room or deck of the Sherwin Mountains, Mammoth Rock and down valley views to Crowley Lake and the White Mountains. The views from the bedroom are equally impressive. Being on the top floor has advantages -- no one above you and high ceilings and big windows allowing for plenty of natural light. Sunstone is a coveted complex not only for the location - it has a gorgeous Grand Sitting Room with massive fireplace, heated swimming pool (rare find during the winter months), hot tub, workout facility, laundry, heated underground garage (clearance is 8'2"), ski/board storage lockers and elevator access. The monthly HOA includes all utilities in this well managed and maintained complex. This well maintained and perfectly located condo won't last long -- act today!
