New Course Enterprises, a real estate development firm, has plans for luxury hotel/residences on the corner of Lake Mary Road, Minaret Road, and Canyon Boulevard. They’re calling in Mammoth Crossing and it’ll be under Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott brands.
The 3-site plan includes taking down and rebuilding Mammoth Brewing, a pedestrian bridge, hotel units, for sale units, shops, pubic and underground parking, and much more. This will reshape the North Village from traffic to amenities, a lot will change here.
The building styles are inspired by the Devil’s Postpile and other local features. They will do their best to capture views especially the Ritz-Carlton lobby, where it’ll face south and look straight at the Sherwin Mountians.
There will be for sale options at both the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton ranging from one to four bedroom floor plans. The hotel component will be where Mammoth Brewing is today and will have 196 hotel keys. Mammoth Brewing will be relocated across the street.
A pedestrian bridge over Minaret Road will connect the Ritz-Carlton and the JW Marriott Residenes. There will be green space and walking paths to drive people to the shops and plaza. They plan to add approximately 200 public parking spaces as well as underground parking for the owners and guests.
